John and Brendan do a great job at communicating! They are both very thorough, and take their time to make sure the job is done exceptionally. 10/10 recommend this company!
Just got my car back from Johnathan at Reflections. I got a full front end PPF, Paint Protective Film done on my new Tesla. Five Star job. He's a great guy. Took me for a deep dive on his product and services. Was very helpful with all my rookie questions about detailing. The other shops I got estimates from seemed fine, but I guess it was Johnathan's small operation, his willingness to give me some extra time and knowing my brand new car would be secure and stored inside for 3 days sealed it for me. Will be going back in two weeks for a final go over and touch up if necessary.
I have known Jonathan for years and is always the guy who takes care of my cars. He is the best in his feild and wouldnt trust anyone else. his attention to detail is something you wont find anywhere else. Higly recommend.
AMAZING RESULTS!!! From the minute I contacted the business, John provided super friendly and professional customer service. I have a mid-size SUV and my problem was kids, beach trips & dogs...it was bad. In fact, bad is too gentle a word lol! After recovering from a broken neck, it hurts me to deep clean my car so the buildup of fur, sand and kid's mess was so bad I wondered if John might turn me away...but I never felt a moment of judgement from him at all! He and his team got my entire inside looking and smelling like an absolute brand new ride. It was truly unbelievable. I have been to this business twice for the same service and gotten consistent results. 100% recommend!
